What does a panel retrofit
actually involve?

Site Walk & Load Study

2–4 hrs

We walk your facility with a licensed PE or senior journeyman. We review single-line drawings, measure existing loads, document panel schedules, and identify code deficiencies before we quote a dollar.

Scope of Work & Isolation Plan

1–3 days

We produce a written scope with itemized materials, crew sizing, and a phased isolation plan tied to your production calendar. No surprises on-site.

Permit Pull & Inspection Schedule

Before mobilization

We pull every permit required by the AHJ. We schedule rough-in and final inspections and coordinate with your facility maintenance team so inspectors don't interrupt production.

Phased Installation

Per agreed schedule

We work in zones, completing one section before energizing the next. Every circuit is labeled, torqued to spec, and documented in an as-built package delivered at close-out.

Arc Flash Hazard Analysis & Label Update
